You've been pawned

A free tool for making printable standees

Create a print-ready sheet of paper standees or pawns for D&D or other TTRPGs. Free, no sign-up.

Printed paper standees in coloured clips on a battle map with dice, a clip storage box and a printed pawn sheet — fantasy RPG characters made with the pawn maker.
Printed, folded and on the table — made with the tool. The coloured clip bases are the one thing it doesn't make: you can grab a pack on Amazon (affiliate link).

Why I built it

I'm a GM who was forever in a quiet panic the night before a game, and just needed something quick and good — so I made this for myself. It works from your own character art, or the figures it comes with, and lays everything out properly, so a few cuts and folds turn a printed sheet into a batch of table-ready, double-sided figures. I hope your players enjoy them as much as mine did.

What you get

Anatomy of a printed sheet: each figure is laid out mirrored, with cut lines around every standee and a crease line down the middle to fold it into a double-sided figure, sized for A4 or US Letter.
How each sheet prints — cut lines, a fold down the middle, mirrored for double-sided figures.
